Knowledge Oriented Project Management (KOPM) is an approach to project management focusing in project management on utilization of the entire knowledge of project management collected by the project manager or organization. KOPM substantially extends Process Oriented Project Management and restores the right balance between processes and off-processual knowledge needed for project management.
